Meetings:   3^rd Monday of the month at 7 p.m., except January and February-no meetings

North Central Unit 7 is located in the north center of MN in a wonderful town named Bemidji. This unit is very active and supportive of their local DAV chapter.

Our unit is active and supportive of our Chapter and all Veterans.

Some areas we work with are:  The Forget-me-not promotion; MACV Standdown in Bemidji; Memorial Day programs; Veteran’s Day programs; Chapter and Unit Christmas Awards party; take gifts to veterans in local nursing homes; help at area county fairs and festivals promoting the DAV and DAV Auxiliary and the Forget-me-not’s; make items such as pillows for the VA hospital; visit veterans and their families in facilities and in their homes; assist DAV members in getting to their meetings and events; Ride for the Troops, and other activities as needed.

We do potlucks for the Chapter for special events such as Memorial and Veteran’s Days.

We welcome all to come to our meetings and would like to share Auxiliary information.
